Entropy is the most basic driving force of life in the universe. Essentially, its disorder and chaos. The second law of thermodynamics indicates that the universe will always be moving towards disorder. Therefore, peace/equilibrium is not inherent. The nature order of everything that exists is complete chaos. It is completely unnatural to be at peace, and its curious to watch a fight against the progression of the universe. The natural order of the universe is a dynamic equilibrium that becomes more volatile, rather than stable. To fight against the disorder requires work, and work in and of itself contradicts the notion of peace. I do not mean to comment on Buddhism or the practice thereof. Peace is my target, and peace is universally involved with theology.
